The Sustainable Futures Global Network invites you to join us on the 1st of November 2022 as we showcase stories of sustainability from global contexts. Using podcasts, documentaries, posters, postcards and zine-making, we’ll invite you to explore the connections between these stories, and everyday local contexts.

The event is open to anyone interested in pondering the relationship between global challenges and local practices; and learning from unexpected places to devise local understandings.

Drop in and out throughout the day from 12noon to sample what’s on offer and make your own zine. The event culminates with the relaunch of the Scottish Hub of the network at 4pm. This event takes place as part of the Festival of Social Sciences at the University of Glasgow.
