Leesa is an associate professor in the Department of Leadership, Higher and Adult Education and the William G. Davis Chair in Community College Leadership at the University of Toronto. She interested in pathways within and between education and the labour market, tertiary education policy, relations between colleges and universities, social justice and social inclusion, and the role of knowledge in curriculum in vocationally oriented qualifications.
