Kerala's renowned cultural heritage and artistic traditions, it is at the forefront of fostering a dynamic creative economy.
The session theme emphasizes the concept of creative economies and creative cities and how the state can frame strategies to leverage Kerala's cultural wealth and transform itself into a thriving creative economy.
